Don't know my own strength

Walked over to the 7 this morning and casually put my hand on the headlight as I wandered round the front of the car.

IT CAME OFF IN MY HAND *eek*

Waaaaaaaaaaah not good. I guess that rust was worse than I thought - 70,000 miles of outdoor life obviously has some effect on a car *eek* Fortunately didn't need to drive to work, so walked instead. Double fortunately, Millwood have some headlights in stock so I can drive up there tomorrow (with a heavily gaffer taped headlight) and collect replacements.

I think I need to check again just how rusty the chassis is *confused* and get the POR-15 on before winter really sets in 😳

Yours in pieces, Ewen *tongue*

70407 miles and counting...

Yes, mum.

I'll have to go to Tesco's though to get the orange juice. They also have chocolate, croissants, whisky and other delicious things *smile*

Edited to put the vocative comma in. oops 😳

Badger Bill,

Badger Beer is amongst the finest ever! I don't think they make it from Badgers, although it is hard to imagine that something so fine could be made without badgers being involved somewhere (perhaps the head Brewer is a badger?

Tesco's stock a few varieties, but I don't know about anywhere else.

The beers (sadly only a virtual representation of them ☹️ are here

Oooooooohhhhhhh - you can buy them on-line *tongue* WHERE IS MY CREDIT CARD?
