Bob Corb
Normal ... we had some experience with a YB westie some time ago. The only way they got power to std levels was to increase boost significantly. The problem was the charge cooling. We had to compensate for high air temp by overboosting. I guess another way to help would be to add water injection. I dont suppose you know what the plenum air temp is under load...? Bob
normalbloke.29
Water injection will be going on this winter, more as a safety measure than having measured the plenum temp, but it'd be easy to do i guess. Problem is the car is off the road now for the winter re-build. Car does have a v.good size intercooler. My plan was for chip/dark blue injectors/cams(?)/water injection, stronger actuator/ and possible water spray, if i'm not physically restricted.THanks for your feedback Bob
