Myles
Lo. Need to pick your brains about tilting tillets - as I've had some contradictory info. from Steve Tillet himself... Regds, Myles Alcester Racing 7's Equipe - 🙆🏻
scooby dooby doo
hmm... Mine was done my Ratrace originally and I've just copied it... If you speak to Mr Tillet ask him why the seats do ergonomically nasty things to your spine by having negative amounts of lumbar support (Emma is a health and saftey person at a chemical plant but has to cover stuff like ergonomics etc as well...) Myles
Darn. Oh well. It was just that Steve Tillet told me to pack washers under the floor bolts rather than the seat bolts IYSWIM to avoid stressing the fibreglass... Makes some sense I suppose. scooby dooby doo
everyone else pacsk them under the seat - the floor of the car is quite weak really (its only a skin) which is why you use rails instead of bolting straight to the floor. the seat is a BIG lump of GRP on the bottom so it a log stronger. IMO etc. HOOPY R706KGU Hoopylight R
