Hibster.
Nope all I can see here are the palm trees blowing in the warm breeze and folk out for a pre-breakfast swim in their backgarden swimming pools. It's nice and warm down here in Herts, I'd hate to be in snowy old Scotland or frozen old Cambs Phew, time to fire up the aircon I think Paul Supercheese R250

not a Postman Pat
Windy - thanks, date is Saturday 25th October. Re chief mechanic: 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 I've just re-read the first post, and see your confusion. Boonie is not the chief mechanic 😳 I was just telling Boonie (in response to a question on another thread) that the team manager (Gerard) is also chief mechanic Boonie will be doing an equally important (but less dangerous) job Pat and his not quite black and white cat
ewenm
Oooh! Have we got a list of job descriptions! I'll be "furthest point from the pits spotter" no doubt 70118 miles and counting...

GTD
... and I'll be the one waving at you from the gravel! In this company, I almost shudder to to say this, but I don't think we decided yet how to distinguish the four Arkley Boys cars ( *wink*supported by Shedheads etc ) from the others on the track - coloured headlights, coloured stripes on the side (other sponsors decals can be stripped by then). I believe that pPat has ordered some 'special' stickers for the back of his machine - which is lovely, but unless they are ten feet high, not that big a contribution a help to spotters from the front. Or, pPat, do you have a cunning plan...?

GTD
Drove there yesterday in a Lotus Elsie as the only way of testing! The instructor was Alan Blencowe who won the BTCC - the fast lap he took me on made me feel very inadequate, believe me! Andy B was there too doing some sneaky circuit learning! Apparently it has the highest overall lap speed of any uk circuit! G
