boughtoneatlast
Hi all I have for the second time in a year found that the pop rivets on the left hand side of the drivers floor have come apart.....my b***side is almost on the floor now!!!!!!! I am sure part of the problem lies in the fact that I am just under 16 stone, however I am sure there are other 7 owners in the same boat.... ... so the question, other than replacing the pop rivets every few months, has anyone come up with a more substantial solution!!??? V7 SLR
I've used steel rivets. The ali ones just snapped on mine. Next step is to mount the seats on the front rail (under your knees) and from the rear bulkhead somewhere. stevefoster
yep, must be a weight thing. I know several whippet like seveners who sit on floor with just carrymat or homemade seat squabs, no problems with rivets...
