And why can't you get interesting stuff like artichoke or Parma ham on a pizza in Britain I suppose Tandoori must rate as "interesting" though 😳 M 😬MMmmm... (Kimchi is a korean staple made of cabbage, chilli, garlic and various secret ingredients left in a pot to fester and ferment over time. It's an acquired taste). Not as bad as it sounds, with mayonnaise instead of tomato sauce, sliced tomato, LOTS of crispy diced bacon, cheese and finally sprinkled with fresh lettuice just before serving. *tongue* Edited to add tomato Mmmmmmm........
