Steve-B Posted September 8, 2003 Share Posted September 8, 2003 hi boonie, i've got southern Rebel flags, and other goodies. going to do the recce in the next several weeks from Texas -> Colorado. already have 3 magazine sponsors in hand, and a media consultant is coming on the tour to get us more. we've also almost got a fair number of the hotel sponsors worked out, and a second company is now pitching to ship cars, at a rate less than the first one. working with an insurer to get better cover than we currently have on offer. some very interesting announcements will be forthcoming. i'm not going to say more at this junction.... and the name of the event will be changing shortly as well 😬 Steve B Big Black Beast^3 SV VHPD Join us on the USA 2005 tour......HERE Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Steve-B Posted September 8, 2003 Share Posted September 8, 2003 there's 13 seperate(gotta make that 14) seperate pages in the excel workbook so far to coordinate, schedule, and track all issues with the tour (SO FAR)..... there's a surprise extra stop next to a, ahem, rather large abyss in the SW of the USA being added we think. as soon as we have confirmation the hotel is open whilst we're there we'll add it...
