Mikey UC Posted August 22, 2003 Share Posted August 22, 2003 We spent a looooovely holiday on Islay a few years ago ‘doing’ the distilleries, Ardbeg was the bestest (the Ardbeg 17 year is fabby, the 10 year is a bit like having your throat gently scrubbed with a brillo pad). The lochindaal in Port Charlotte is a great place in which to work your way through the islands whiskeys (its not a quiet place). whiskey me want !
