yeah,

don't use blatchat at work *wink*

Blatchat 'remembers' which style you want via the cookies on your computer, so make sure that cookies are switched on.

Have a look at this page and tell me what it says (but don't tell me the username and password), if your prefer, you can mail me:

sitemanager at lotus7club.co.uk

so that no-one else knows 😬

looks like your cookie is corrupt, there should be a full date and time and the style should say 'subtle'

How to delete cookies from Internet Explorer:

go out of blatchat, to another site

1. Search your hard drive for a folder named Cookies.

2. Once the Cookie folder is found, open it.

3. The list of text files with names of the form user@sitename, . These are the cookie files.

4. Select the cookies you want to delete ie all those that are user@blatchat.com

5. Delete the unwanted cookies.

To delete more than one item at once, press shift+Ctrl while highlighting the file names.

Go back into blatchat, you should be presented with the default style, click on the style you want and see what happens.

Barry,

Not too bothered as I work from home but I can replicate the fault every time.

I have just tried on a second PC and all works OK so it must be my .PC

Just deleted the cookies on the effected Pc but it made no difference.

Still - looks like its a local problem anyway.
