Big Brother
Still intermittantly unable to edit posts. Also - out of interest, what does this mean 🤔 Cookie User is dictionary Number of Items is 4 Steve Se7en-Up! Less is more! Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines! Site Manager
Steve the problem is with the recoding of the url into [ url= ] xxx [ /url ], since removing the target='_blank'> I have forgotten to change the '> into ] However, this needs a little more checking, I don't want it recoding every '> as that might screw something else up. I need to do a little more checking. In the meantime, if when editing your post you check the [ url= ] section and replace the '> with a ] it should work, at least that's what I did to you post to fix it. Cookie is dictionary means that this particular part of the cookie has keys or sub cookies, if you like.
Big Brother
Cheers Barry, I don't suppose you are up to speed with IIS 5.0? I have a little problem and its getting late ☹️ Steve Se7en-Up! Site Manager
Steve, I've had that problem, do you have FP extensions installed on that site? Does the file itself have 'everyone' in the access list
Big Brother
Barry, FP extensions are not installed. The file is in a folder that allows full access to everyone. Other types of file in this folder download fine (.jpg .pdf etc) It only seems to be a problem with .exe and .zip files. I have tried changing the execute permissions on the folder but it dosen't seem to make any difference. Steve Se7en-Up! Less is more! Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines! Big Brother
Sorted 😬 - Thanks Barry - you were spot on! It was down to the individual file permissions (added everyone with read access) Going to bed happy now Steve Se7en-Up! Less is more! Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines!
