alicat
Had trouble last year with creaky rear suspension ☹️ Tracked it down to the bolts where the A frame bolts/void bushes where the A frame fixes to the chassis. Stripped/cleaned and extra washer fitted - no squeek *thumbup* The squeek is back *thumbdown* Will be stripping down again, but can't remeber the torque figure for reassembly - could some oblige with the correct figure please 🤔 Thanks Alicat

barry.h
Yes, 40-45 lb/ft Barry
prs
Build manual clearly states 60lbs with the rear suspension loaded ie lighltly tighten up first and then put axle stands on the Dedion tube itself and then torque up, this correctly preloads the bushes. barry.h
Thanks PRS. Depends if you are live axle or de dion. Live axle is 40-45 lb/ft. Barry
scooby dooby doo
I'm sure its not 60 in my manual - wonder if the spec changed. I think mine says 45 ft lbs for all the big bolts (eg A frame to dedion) and 35 for all the small ones (ed radius arm to chassis) obviously hub nuts and crank pulley are a bit more.... jingars
Manual supplied with an SV DeDion, delivered in May this year, has a figure of 60 lb/ft for the A frame.
