Anthony
Thanks Hoopy, well that was an education DT were signifcantly cheaper than Think ( 32 GBP as opposed to 39+ VAT ! ) Whilst they do not have them in stock for a week, worth waiting for them. Thanks, owe you a beer next time you are in Cambridge
Stuart Faulds
Any particular reason for using aluminium spanners? They seem ridiculously expensive and I (perhaps stupidly) can't see a benefit to them. Stuart
scooby dooby doo
The cam meeting is tonight.... the ali spanners are for doing u the ali fitting on the oil system plumbing. reasons for using them is chiefly that ali is soft - a steel spanner could distort the fitting when doing it up or chew it up a bit and make it less pretty. They're also pretty sexy ❗ other things are that they have tiny cut outs in the corners of the jaws so they don't wear damage the edges of the fitting etc. For that price I assume anthony has got 2.
