Mat Norris Posted February 2, 2001 Share Posted February 2, 2001 Anyone else fitted a caterham supplied FIA roll bar to a Short cockpit live axle car? I got mine and have tried to fit it without success. Current problems are: 1) Shock Absorber upper rubber bush fouls on main hoop. 2) Hood sticks also foul main hoop due to hoop width. 3) Rear slanting bars are about 10mm too low below mounts. Spoke to caterham and they said send it back, which isn't too helpful. The bar Ive got was made by Arch motors not safety devices, but you would think it would fit!
