Bob Corb Posted July 8, 2003 Share Posted July 8, 2003 the std K build manual has all the settings you'll need, may be available on CD rom from DVA Power. Here are some figures anyway (no responsibilty taken for errors I'm just quickly copying from my manual) BC tensioner pulley backplate 10Nm tensioner pulley bolt 45Nm crank pulley 205Nm upper timing belt cover 5nm lower """ 10nm rear belt cover 5nm oil pump bolts 10Nm * coolanrt pump bolts 10Nm * thermostat housing 8Nm tstac to block 19Nm Coolanty rail to block 10Nm flywheel (always use new patchlock bolts) 85Nm cylinder head 20Nm * and mark positions +180deg* +further 180deg* to align marks again spark plugs 25Nm camshaft gear bolts 35Nm cam carrier bolts 10Nm * cam rear blanking plate (not VVC) 10Nm spark plug cover (non VVC) 10Nm Big end bolts 20Nm + 45 deg bearing ladder to block 15Nm * oil rail to brg ladder bolts 5Nm * Alloy sump bolts 25Nm * * Tigthen in sequence Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
