Colin Grundy Posted July 8, 2003 Share Posted July 8, 2003 Gearbox, yes you ned to remove the hub nuts to remove the disc & hub, and then the four bolts to remove the de dion ears. ISTR that you will have to remove the calipers as well, plus if you have a later rear anti roll bar you will need to disconnect that. When re-assembling dont forget to tighten the rear hub nuts to 200ib/ft. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
prs Posted July 8, 2003 Share Posted July 8, 2003 Remove the brake caliper and then undo the four bolts holding the hub flange to the ear, the entire assembly - driveshaft, hub, disc etc will then pull out of the diff (the driveshaft will pass through the hole in the ear).
