Next Kit planned is an SV VVC so pretty much will need different items. All off 2002 1.6 K Eu3: (estimated power c. 165bhp). Currently all on car running at this moment. Guys @ LTL'03 will confirm & in 100% working order. Bolts straight on - no mods to engine. Emerald M3DK - 95% mapped to suit this kit (New c. £600) Piper 633 cams (900 miles) (new c.350) vernier cam gears (900 miles) (new c. £200) Competition 4-1 exhaust (no cat c. 1000 miles) (new c.£600) VHPD 45 TB's on manifold (IACV) & throttle cable & ITG airfilter. complete EU2 distributorless engine loom to suit (I believe emerald now do an adapter for EU3 looms - you may not need this) Basically everything there to bolt on and run c. 50bhp more. This kit will fit any std 1.6 K (and 1.8 - but will need mapped). I can supply timing figures for exhaust/inlet cams. GUYS I AM NOT SPLITTING THE ABOVE. £1750.
