flatcap
Noticed at a recent track day, some 7`s running yoko 032`s had the fronts fitted the wrong way round - the direction arrow against the correct forward rotation. One driver suggested it improved grip under braking!!! - should I now change my "correctly" fitted fronts? Flat cap
Graham Sewell
I thought that A032's had directional tread patterns and could not be reversed (unlike A021s and slicks where the only directionality is the tyre carcass). Low tech luddite - xflow and proud!
F355GTS
Neil if there is a benefit it's marginal, tyres of this type are directional normally sdue to either the tread pattern to push water out (not very effective on 32's!!!) or due to the way the layers are made up. I have run them backwards to even out wear on a dry track with no apparent ill effects or for that matter benefit in terms of grip Mark
