Englishmaninwales
Due for replacement, as one side leaking. CC price = 107GBP plus VAT Bilsteins complete per side. Is this good value? Intended road use only with standard road tyres. Car is 1994 K Supersport. Replacement looks straight forward, but any hints or traps for the unwary gratefully received, any associated items that MUST be replaced at the same time 🤔 Thanks Malcolm
Graham Sewell
Or for a little bit more you could go to Freestyle and get height adjustable, damping adjustable dampers and springs for all 4 corners. These retail at £395 inc vat for all 4 corners. (sorry Len) Low tech luddite - xflow and proud! Griff
I'll vouch for the improvement the Freestyle dampers make. Just fitted mine and got the chance to start fiddling with settings the other day at Castle Combe. It's a different car which gives loads more confidence going into bends. If your piggy bank is looking full, go for the adjustable anti-roll bars too as they give a few thousand more permutations to play with. Nice one Len.
