Asklepios
Oliver, Presume you seek an alloy device?
Joe 90
Alloy prefered , but if I can't get an alloy one by the time the engine is due to go back in, I'll have to make do with iron ☹️ Upgradeitis ward, awaiting open wallet surgery. 100,016 miles

Asklepios
Oliver, Have just gone alloy(so to spk). There are some pitfalls. The Rs 2000 requires surgery I believe. Some of the Flowline/Flowtech (I forget now) are prone to cracking as just too thin. The alloy is certainly a great weight saving ,but even if well manufactured ,can be a bit fragile and needs to be carefully inspected and fettled before fitting. J Whiting has some interesting info on cracking bellhousings. I have a steel but am at the other end of the country. If you want it ,mail me . Good luck!
