Northern Banana Posted May 27, 2003 Share Posted May 27, 2003 I'm having a spot of bother with a digital dash (AstaTech), which is currently configured to take an RPM feed from a pulse sensor on the coil lead. The sensor has an adjustment screw however I can't get a reading. Plan is to change the source of the feed to come directly from the ECU, would I be right in thinking that the RPM output wire is black & white? Cheers. Bob Corb Posted May 27, 2003 Share Posted May 27, 2003 On an EU3 K mems car the ECU feed comes from pin 55 on the smaller ecu plug. The wire is black and white and goes to pin 2 of the vehicle loom connector. The wire is also black and whte on the vehicle side of the plug where it continues straight to the tacho.
