hugh Posted May 18, 2003 Share Posted May 18, 2003 My car has just completed its first trackday and the car has had a fair thrashing but i noticed the oil pressure gauge swinging wildly from 0 bar to 4 bar during my last run, it appears that gauge reads 4 bar at idle and falls to 0bar under load i suspect the gauge is knackered as i drove home gingerly without incident and the engine sounds fine. my gauge is an electric type which my mates and engine builder say are rubbish for competition. any ideas do caterham do a capilleary gauge which match with the other caterham type instruments.
