How to clean a toastie maker

Help

Once again I call upon the combined intellect of the bikeshed. Today I decided to make some toasties and jolley nice they were too 😬 however I am now reminded why I dont have them very often, it's a complete nightmare cleaning the damn machine after *mad* Now, to solve this problem I was going to get one of those "wife" thingies but have decided I want something considerably cheaper and less aggrevation. As always, sensible answers only 😬 on a postcard to the usual address.

Seek forgiveness, not permission.

Is it easy to rob a bank and get away with it???

The secret is to clean it when it's hot. So switch it back on, get it nice and hot, then clean it. Start by removing the main gunk with some dry kitchen towel. You can then use some damper cloth to get it spick and span.

My God, if I wasn't already taken, I'd make someone a great wife ...
