ewenm
I reckon you get some icing sugar (there's a clue in the name) and read the instructions on the pack
FH
We can experiment with all sorts of icing, shortly Hoops 😳 just tell me the type of cake you want to "ice" with:- Fondant Royal (Non) Butter (not sure if that'll work) But, for all of them, you do need icing sugar FH

scooby dooby doo
instructions there's a new concept. I'll read the packet tonight. Then Emma and I can hone our basic cake making skills (a first for both of us) before going to the land of FH for advanced cake making skills with here and Mr FH We were thinking of a basic sponge, with jam in the middle and a bit of icing on top with a few chocolate buttons to make it extra yummy. Is this too ambitious for a first cake 🤔 HOOPY 500 kg (and soon) 200 bhp R706KGU

scooby dooby doo
I made a nice sponge cake at the weekend and Emma helped me. Then I put jam in the middle and icing on top and we decoreated it chocolate buttons. Then I ate (almost) all of it *tongue* *tongue* *tongue* 😬 FH had a bit and said it was very good for a first effort but gave me some helpful hints to make it better next time HOOPY 500 kg (and soon) 200 bhp R706KGU
