Louis Elise valuation

A friend of mine recently lost her husband and has a Lotus Elise to sell. All i know at the moment is that it is a ‘99 model with maybe 15k on the clock, new paint job and new hood because it has been stored.

Where in the wise opinion of Blatchat, is the best place to get a valuation and to subsequently offer it for sale?

With such low miles and a fresh paint job, if it looks immaculate on the interior, they are being advertised around £23-25k or even a bit more but no idea if they sell quickly or fetch this type of price. Cars with 40-60k are around £16-18k. This assumes it’s a bog standard S1 and not a 111S or 135/160 model which are more desirable
