Gridgway
If you ask Canley about their trunnionless kit they strongly recommend against using it in a caterham. It's to do with the lower wishbone fitting not being suitable.
Miker7
"We can also supply the hubs with a Ford PCD (4 1/4" or 108mm)." - from the website, although the list of products doesn't list 108 as an option, maybe if you call them they'll offer it.
Wrightpayne
There were reports a few years ago of Canley not being willing to sell their cheap AP vented discs to Caterham owners!

Given the originals have done 20yrs/40k with minimal maintenance I’m only going to upgrade if it works out not much more than replacement, which doesn’t look likely! can anyone confirm on the Rimmer Bros part, or a supplier of reasonably priced early type? Thanks By minimal maintenance do you mean stripping, cleaning & re greasing every four years IAW Caterham's recommendation ? On the old style stepped stub axles failure to do so often ends in a seized bearing causing the axle to fail at the weakest point. Usually caused by no grease having exited via the felt seal. Their website indicates that they can supply with Ford 108mm PCD if required.
David Mirylees
Ref. Wrightpayne: The Canley site states that they also supply Ford PCD hubs.

This may help as the detail was added by myself for those with <2003 front axles. Edited July 5 by Geoff Brown
