Yes, as supplied with the rad.  Looks like a Dowty (that is, with a rubber sealing ring):

ETA:  Something like this. (Mine is M10, but I guess a 1/2" would fit?)

Thanks for that.  To gauge the possible torque, I tightened the screw in the usual way with a ring spanner (17mm), then tested the tightness with a torque wrench.  25Nm would click but 30Nm would not.
