The simplest solution would be to move the dipped-beam wire from the dipswitch throw-2 output terminal to the dipswitch feed: This would give you permanent dipped beam with switchable main beam. Be careful you dont overheat the units though the heat sinks will only be designed for either or not both, you might want to measure the temp on the unit for prolnged periods on dip only main only and then both, dont want thme going pop on you mid journey.....
