andy couchman
I've had this (Torque Starter?) on the car for over 20 years now.It still turns over OK but seems to take a lot of current. It's been suggested it would be worth me having it rebuilt. Thoughts? And back to Edge or can it be done locally - I'm in North Gloucestershire. Thanks all.Andy
Member Jonathan Kay Posted September 25, 2023 Member Share Posted September 25, 2023 I suggest another check on the condition of the battery. • Can the fluid levels be checked?• What's the battery voltage at rest, minimum during cranking, and at 3,000 rpm?And then on the relevant connections, including the engine earth(s).Jonathan
