Trackday roll cage question

Does anybody have one of these cages?

could they measure the tube dia for me?

I measured mine to be 32mm dia

Just checking that's the same throughout all bars mate?

I have one and the tube diameter is different depending if it's for an S3 of SV. It's thicker on the SV.

Mine is an S3, the 32mm dia is the front upper tube (along the top part of the windscreen)

Mine is the one with the extra side bars but it's a pain to get in.

so I'm thinking of removing them to make acces easier.

are all your bars 32mm Chris?

Hi Jody,
I only measured the front and rear bars, and the two C shaped arcs - and they were 32mm. 

The cage and Caterham is presently at Alpha 7 Motorsport, hence unable to check. 

If the Cage you have is the one I'm thinking off, then that's the FIA approved one, noting the Trackday Cage is not FIA approved, hence I expect you might be better off selling what you have and getting a Trackday Cage - save you cutting away at metal. 

Coincidentally, I bought my Trackday cage from a guy who was removing it in orde to have a FIA Cage fitted so that he could compete in sprints/hill climbs.
