lnaic Posted May 8, 2023 Share Posted May 8, 2023 Hello,I spotted some corrosion just below both steel sill 'protectors'. I have seen this on other cars too. I've removed both sill protectors to understand the extent of the problem - see attached picture. This seems like the kind of issue that can only be fixed with a re-skin.My current plan is to touch up the exposed area with some paint, and put some electrically non-conductive barrier on the inside of the sill protectors before reinstalling them.
