Videocameraman
New boy question. I've just bought a 2006 Roadsport SV and plan to replace the original Caterham harnesses for obvious reasons! Are they only bolted in or are there any retaining nuts under the vehicle at the tunnel or at any of the fittings? I can't get under the vehicle to check this. Member Jonathan Kay Posted April 2, 2023 Member Share Posted April 2, 2023 Welcome.Would you like an Assembly Guide?Decisions commonly needed on harnesses: how many points, do you want the buckles on the inboard or outboard strap, and do you want the waist straps to pull up or down?Jonathan

Videocameraman
Assembly guide would be great thank you. It's 4 point harnesses which I have already bought so just to fix them. Should be pretty straightforward if there are no retaining nuts.

Wrightpayne
Unless you are competing or they are damaged/tatty why replace?
Iamscotticus
Consider using a submarine strap in the center. The 4 point H harness has a trait of riding up the torso the tighrer you make the shoulder straps. The sub strap will keep the waist belt around your waist.
