JP
Hi AllI need to touch up the eyebrow that sits over the battery cut-off switch and the bracket in the engine bay that carries the charcoal cannister as they have become pitted and tatty looking.Any recommendations for a paint type for this? Thanks in advance. Wrightpayne
get them powdercoated. Or any sort of satin black spray paint - I think Arch use Simoniz on repairs.I binned the charcoal filter and fitted a Sytec non return valve by the filler inside the boot. There are several threads on the topic. Key is fitting the valve the right way around!
JP
Thanks WP - I'll search the forum for threads on the filter...I also note that a new eyebrow is only about £25....
Amos91
If you want an aerosol, Simoniz tough satin black is a decent option.
SM25T
Black smoothrite is a good match, as is Simoniz tough black spray paint
