Boonie Hound
I like the jigsaw idea π¬ But I need to get a picture of the whole Vase so she's got something to work from.
KenEvans
Find a time machine and go back to photograph the vase just before it rolls off the desk?
nobananas
Why don't you buy another vase, draw a picture of it then return it to the shop for a full refund!
Buda
If your mums birthday was this dinnertime then you've missed it so I wouldn't worry too much, you can get her something doubly nice next year, as a note though it's always worth making sure that your birthday lasts all day, mine does, her's is probably only for dinnertime due to the rationing during the war, or the effects of the three day week in the 70's. nobananas
Just in case anybody was wondering, I am incredibly bored with absolutely nothing to do! Boonie Hound
I've taken Buda's advice and extended my mother's birthday so it lasts all day - what more could a woman want?Β Thanks for the advice Ken - I'll start building a time machine now but I'll need to finish it before the shops shut - just in case.Β NB - take up goldfish collecting - you can buy a cheap stamp album to keep them in

nobananas
I have found over the years that a cucumber is a poor medium to sculpt with. It is my professional opinion that nothing beats a ripe firm Mooli to fully express one's creative urges.
