Alan Reeves
Some 10 years ago i bought a jack on here that I think was part of a bulk buy. I also think I might have bought a service kit ( seals ) with it but can I find them ....no... and what would they look like.I also have no idea how I would service the jack, it has no manufacturer shown ? Drumster
Alan, I have a set of instructions at home I'll dig them out tomorrow. From memory it's just a few suitably sized o-rings that need replacing and, of course, some jack oil

Leadership Team SLR No.77 Posted June 24, 2022 Leadership Team Share Posted June 24, 2022 Alan, I recently bought a replacement from SGS but to be honest it's nothing like as good as the original bulk buy jacks.Stu.

Area Representative Golf Juliet Tango Posted June 25, 2022 Area Representative Share Posted June 25, 2022 #2 always repair when possible rather than replace. Metals may be recyclable but you can't get the same grades from recycled material. Just look at all the posts on BC worshiping at the altar of billet aluminium. Area Representative Geoff Brown Posted June 25, 2022 Area Representative Share Posted June 25, 2022 Some years ago had great fun disassembling my Clarke Aluminium Race 1.25T to replace the hydraulic assembly. Nothing like a good tinkering - 'nudge, nudge, wink, wink, know what I mean'.
