Beagler Posted May 5, 2022 Share Posted May 5, 2022 I kept having to push down the little rubber caps that secure the top engine cover. I inserted some heat shrink in the grommet and pushed it on the stud. The shrink shrinks with the heat and grips the stud and the cap grips the shrink. Not moved since. GulfSeven Posted May 5, 2022 Share Posted May 5, 2022 I bought some replacements as one of mine had split, but standard silicone end caps like the ones in the photo above won't fit - they're too thin and slip through the holes in the engine cover.
