For Sale Various Parts

First of all if this post breaks any forum rules please accept my apologies!

My brother passed away in September last year and I decided to keep his 2008 Caterham S3 and get it back on the road after he had been unable to use it for 6 years due to failing eyesight. This was his second car, the first being a 1986 (D) reg Super 7.

In addition to the car there is a garage full of Caterham related parts including 2 x engine blocks (I believe to be X-flow), cylinder heads, carbs, suspension parts, cycle wings and mounts, clamshells, etc that he collected during his ownership of the vehicles.

I am unable to put prices up for the items as I have no idea of the value and would be grateful for any assistance that can be offered to help me ensure that the best use can be made of any parts rather than just scrapping them.

The images show just some of the items I have found - there are more still in the garage!

Dont scrap anything - a lot of useful items there.

Looks like an Sierra differential on the lawn (ally cased unit) - they are typically £200 if an open diff. If it has an LSD inside will be more.

Chris, I'm not entirely sure but I think John had a couple of xflow engine blocks, 711M wide flange seems to ring a bell but I don't really know much about flow engines, someone else may be able to advise.

Hi Stu,

I'm pretty sure there are 2 x-flow engines - I'm over at St Helens next weekend to move stuff from the house and garage so will get more photos to see if anyone is able to identify exactly what they are.
