Temple Cloud
I recently bought these from the US as they are no longer made. They are however, in my opinion, the best sports driving shoes anywhere. They allow you to feel the pedals whilst giving you assured grip and heel protection. They are great for heel and toeing too, particularly in Caterhams as they are quite narrow at the toe end. I'd done a lot of research before buying them and I wasn't disappointed in their condition. They are marked by Puma as size 8.5 UK or 42.5 EU and as I normally wear 42 I thought they'd be fine. But I have no idea how Puma measure their shoes but they must use a monkey or ape as a model as these are patently not size 42.5. I never have an issue getting into 42s and virtually all the 42s that I've bought have indeed been the same size. But not when it comes to these. I would estimate they are either 41 or 41.5 or a UK 7.5. Cos they're not an 8 eventhough they were marked as an 8.5. How wrong Puma were. And I'm really pissed off as they're brilliant shoes and just what I wanted and I've tried in vain to wear them for a while but they're just too small. So my hunt continues. But for someone that takes a 7.5 or 41 these really are the dogs for driving. And I've tried a few other makes I can assure you.I'm advertising these at £65 on ebay but for club members I'm willing to take just £50. Bargain. Really.... Guy Lowe
Sorry they are too small for me but I can offer you some advice. Puma are well know for under sizing their shoes, I am a size 8 and have several pairs is SpeedCats, but I buy size 9's and they are still a little snug.
