finmac
My car has bare CF wings without protectors. They are currently in great shape - cars only done a couple of thousand road miles. Debating whether to drill them and fit CF protectors but unsure - what have others done please?
Alan Reeves
That really does not sound like a good idea to me, PPG ( premier paint guard or similar )covering would be the best surelyA
K7 VCT
The classic carbon or millwood ones cover a lot more of the wing than the CC ones

Mrp
On my last car I had bare carbon wings from Caterham that I fitted, I used to give them regular waxing and thought they would look odd with protectors. When I sold the car they were perfect after roughly 7000 road miles. However I think my trick was also I made some front mudflaps from some rubber sheet from amazon. The mudflaps were one of the 1st things I fitted to the new seven when it arrived.
