Handwheels
The engine management light has just flashed up son's 2006 Fiesta & I think it's time to add an OBD 2 reader to my toolkit, so I can look at the fault codes - presume it will be useful for my 420 at some point too.Wondered if anyone has got a recommendation on what to go for? In particular, what are the pros & cons of plug in & wireless Bluetooth ones?Cheers, Richard
Wrightpayne
I have a Carista for my VW van which is bluetooth and works well on the iphone. If you pay a subscription you can make adaptations to the vehicle set up eg doors locking as you begin moving. Most people pay a month and do all the tweeks. You will have to check their website to see if it works on a Fester. Cost £24 IIRC. Without subscription you can read & reset fault codes.I also have a foxwell unit (from Gendan) which is generic but not as intuitive to use imho
