I specifically asked Caterham and they told me the current partveas exactly the same as the ones fitted on my 1996 S3 Supersport. Now confused! Tazio Posted September 9, 2021 Author Share Posted September 9, 2021 Neil, Remember the car is an 1984 build so 12 years on from yours so there could easily be differences between yours and mine. When the original latches and the new style latches are help back to back, two of the three holes can be lined up, leaving one slightly offset, which is why we didn't use them as we were not prepared to enlarge the holes in the chassis top rail. As it is the 'fix' of wrapping some cycle inner tube around the bonnet catch has resolved the problem so far. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
