B_clark_ukyahoo.co.uk Posted July 22, 2021 Share Posted July 22, 2021 My car has a Racetech steering wheel and quick release (release part secured to steering wheel with three bolts through B-G spacer). I also have a Moto Lita wheel with 9 holes (this has a Caterham boss). For this I have a matching upper steering column section, and a radial horn contact (but no quick release). I’ve been looking for a 9 hole to 3 hole adapter to mount the Racetech quick release onto the Moto Lita wheel after I’ve removed the Moto Lita boss, but these seem to only be available online from USA of Australia (NB not too worried about horn as there’s a button on dash). Does anyone know of a UK source for this adapter or perhaps other suggestions. Also, I’m curious how the radial horn contact would mount on the fixed part of the column - does anyone have a photo of this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Area Representative Kingsley Young Posted July 25, 2021 Area Representative Share Posted July 25, 2021 When I had my Xflow I had a Moto Lita stearing wheel , I made my own adapter using a piece of 1/4” alloy. Once I had cut it out and trimmed and finished it off, I sprayed it with Satin Hammerite . Bolted the Motor Lita to the spacer , then marked it up to take the quick release boss.
