Track days - decibel limits - track day exhaust - yes or no

I have just ordered a 420 R. We can tinker with the specs until November. Question - how many track days around the country have decibel limits? I'm trying to decide whether or not to have a track day exhaust on it.

Most do as far as I know. 105/108 seem typical. 

Having said that, the spec of the car makes a difference. My R400D with RBTBs has a standard exhaust and I am below 105, though it's an SV so the intake is all under the hood.

Static most are low 100s. You should be ok with a stock car. 
On the track some go as low as 87 I think, generally you can find out where they are and ease off if you need to.

A stock 420r must record under 98db static or it won't pass IVA.  Static isn't generally the problem.  I am more worried about drive by, and that has a load of factors from microphone position, gear used etc etc. I believe a 420R can cause problems at brands for example.

I was at brands recently and the friendly tester told me I might just want to ease off slightly just by the bridge going up pilgrims into druids...
