I am after a car with the following spec:

 

- 1.6/1.8 Supersport or VVC

- 13 or 14" wheels

- Fully painted body in a subtle colour

- Cycle wings

- Full weather gear

- Heater

- Leather seats

 

It will be used everyday, so needs to be as practiacal as possible!?!

 

I have up to £15,000 to spend on the right car and am prepared to travel to view.

My car is for sale. It does not fit every criteria but for practicallity as a road car and price it must be well up there!

 

1996 1.6 k series 6 speed factory built bought by me from the factory after 6 months. Prisoner alloys, full weather equipment, tonneau, hood bag, luggage rack, caterham rubber mats, leather interior, wind deflectors (look good bit little better than just without side screens as far as keeping wind out of the cockpit). It has the central handbrake and lightweight seats introduced in 96,

 

The car is rover metallic red with crimson leather and looks very smart. Unfortunately for your spec it has long wings not cycle wings. It has covered 14000 miles and has a recent oil/sump baffle change. I have never taken it on a track or crashed it

 

The car comes with a tailored dust cover (specialised car covers) and is always garaged

 

I am looking for about 12500 for it but will consider offers. I am selling because I have to travel a lot with work and just don't get the chance to use it
