ScottR400D
Anyone know where I might get hold of some white vinyl stripes to replace those on the rear of my 7?They're a pair of 80mm wide with a 15mm gap between them. Best I can find at the moment is a roll of 80mm.
Dave Hardcastle
What you've found is probably the cheapest way of doing it. From watching motoring shows, use masking tape to fix the stripes on one side/end BEFORE removing the backing. Get both stripes in the correct place with masking tape, and once happy, remove the backing paper working towards the masking tape. Does that make sense?Dave

Wrightpayne
I've used this place in Hinckley to copy the old caterham plastic boot badge and emulate in vinyl. They make all sorts of car / van related livery. Not sure where you are but there will be someone local who can custom cut. https://signsuk.co.uk/I think the badge work cost me a tenner for 6 or 8!RegardsIan

Area Representative Golf Juliet Tango Posted November 28, 2020 Area Representative Share Posted November 28, 2020 Most signage companies have a vinyl cutter. If you are after simple rectangles, they will probably not require a vector file from you.

wavey66
Agree re contacting Alistair Westle via the Caterham Facebook page. He made up my bonnet and side stripes and I'm delighted with the quality and cost.
