Stormer1
Recently bought a 2003 K series R400 with a very recent engine rebuild with larger valves, forged pistons reworked head etc. The car runs really well on the road, not a misfire and pulls like a train. However on the two track days I have done the ECU fuse blows when pushed into right handers. Take it steady and there's no problem, but start to push it and the fuse blows every time. Thought I had fixed it after track day 1 when we found a wiring issue which was replaced. But couldn't believe it when on the second lap with warm tyres the same problem happened again. Have wiggled everything I can with the engine running and can't see anything obvious. As soon as the 30amp fuse is changed the car runs perfectly. Have done many miles on the road without any issue. Any ideas anyone. The assumption is that the additional corner g is making something short out. But what is the question.
