Is there a way of fitting a fuel gauge to a ATL type fuel cell.

No answers, at last, a question that's got the experts. Peter /Arnie where are you?

I looked into this some time back - and yes you can have a guage.

From what I remember of my fact-finding: they do their own probe/sender and guages; not sure how practical it is to fit one to an already-made tank as the mounting of the sender has to pass through the bag but be leak proof. I guess you need a cavity through the filling for the probe, rather than just piercing the foam - not certain. They used to do kits with a probe that you trim to length and than calibrate the whole caboodle accordingly, so maybe a retrofit is not impossible.

I believe they are now doing complete kits with sender and guage included in a variety of shapes - but I heard that the Caterham application appears to be a 12 gallon size, which more than most folk want and will presumably encroach into the boot space.

Hideously expensive too, I'm sure.
