CtrMint
Hi,Anyone know where the 620R OBDII port is? It's not behind the knee trim rubber grommets as per the 420. Thanks
CtrMint
Found it, up around the back of the steering column. It's not on a mounting plate as per the 420, I wonder if its because I didnt fit a battery isolator to the 420.
Leadership Team Shortshift Posted August 3, 2020 Leadership Team Share Posted August 3, 2020 I doubt it Mark - I think most of them are tucked away somewhere near the steering column. Keep your fingers crossed that it's wired; on my CSR 260 I found that the ECU CAN 'output' pins were not connected to the OBD socket so I can't do any Easimapping until I've wired it in.James
ChrisC
I agree, if you have a battery isolator the bracket holding the connector is removed.
CtrMint
Thanks Guys,Luckily it's connected and worked a treat this evening baselining the coolant temps before I modify the car. It's been a worthwhile effort as I can now see just how quickly the temp changes are, clearly the gauge reacts much much slower. Onwards and upwards fixing.....Data from the logging session.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1W527DL6nsCDLzwGpG8VicEDfEsYFttXD/view
