An individual made them up, hand made S shaped stainless steel plate and off the shelf mirrors. Probably stopped making them in 2002 or there abouts. A very similar unit was made by Nifty ( a member in Norfolk), the closest available today would be Eccles product - seach for "Eccles" and you should find them.
