Grant Dryburgh
Hi all, Does anyone know what type of key the Alloy key stock on CC Parts website will fit ? Does it fit the style in this photo? Cheers
sjl1
There has to be a better solution than the old fashioned key which only switches on the ignition and is in an knee injury creating position in case of accident. You can literally pull the leads out of the black and connect them very easily. Would be interested to hear of insurance friendly solutions?this is all assuming recent car with immobiliser

Drumster
In my case (albeit an older car) I removed the ignition barrel, installed a starter button, fitted my own immobliser, fitted a battery master switch and made the steering wheel removable. Insurance company were made aware of the changes and weren't concerned.
