I tried at least 6 times at the beginning and I think it kept spitting me back to the beginning of the system. Pretty sure it didn’t take any money in the end and if I look at my account it shows no payments made but nothing due. Yet I have a membership number and have already received two magazines!something is obviously broken.its not a user friendly journey to membership and I was going to give up so you must be losing prospective members.Jonathan, i’m Reasonably tech savvy, I spend all day at a computer. Modern web design and computer/device use is all about a simple and intuitive user interface and this is definitely lacking with the web site and account management system that the club uses.i understand that it seems presumptuous to be criticising the club after I have only just joined but my reason for joining is to be part of a like minded community with shared interests and I want to help improve things if I can. Sometimes a fresh view can help.Stephen, I understand that you don’t have issues logging in but have you tried opening a new account recently?
